Privacy & Support
Questions, bug reports, feedback, or anything else about Ploppy — we're happy to hear from you. Email us and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Ploppy is a self-tracking tool for logging and visualizing your own bowel activity. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or health recommendations, and it is not a substitute for professional care. Always consult a qualified doctor or healthcare provider about any health concerns or before making decisions based on what you track in the app.
Thank you for using Ploppy. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information Ploppy handles and how it is protected. In short: Ploppy keeps your data on your device — we do not run servers and never receive your data.
The entries you log are used solely to show your history, charts, statistics, and reminders within the app, on your device. We do not access this data, and it is not used for any other purpose.
If you grant permission, Ploppy can save relevant bowel-health data to Apple Health on your device. This data is managed by Apple Health under Apple's privacy protections and is never sent to us. You can review or revoke Ploppy's Health access at any time in the Apple Health app.
Ploppy does not share your data with third parties. You can export your history as a CSV file from the app's Settings and choose where to send it — any such sharing is initiated entirely by you.
Ploppy does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, as it does not collect personal information at all.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and updated with a new effective date.
